Movin' Sit requires active participation from the user in assuming a correct sitting posture. If you sit incorrectly you feel "off" balance. As a wedge, it tilts the user's pelvis to prevent slouching and correctly align the spine. One of the surfaces is bumpy and the other is smooth so the user can select which side is best.
